Crane Flies Above the Clouds is premium ichibancha with rich flavour that lends to sweet koicha. 7 generations of the Harima family have created the foundations for this gorgeous tea. Laboriously hand-picked and stone-ground in micro batches, this rich, almost nutty maccha is the highest grade we have ever cupped at JagaSilk. 45g of maccha takes the maccha artisan a full hour to bring out the perfect flavours, aromas, and textures. Utmost care is taken in the fertilizers chosen, the variety of tree, and timely precision of the harvest.
